The theme of our festival this year "MOBILITY"
mobility in our society, socially and physically, mobility in the brain flexibility and creativity, mobility in the individual tolerance and openness, mobility in the works of Erich Kästner multimedia, timeless, universal and inter-cultural, mobility in the life at work and in play.
Our micromuseum ® , which was created especially for Erich Kaestner will this year be 10th Anniversary celebration . Erich Kaestner itself would become 110 years old. Our museum has grown over the last 10 years, from simple drawings to a real museum, which is also member of the German Museums Association . While it was hard work this to achieve, but we look forward even more that we did everything. Of course, the success of this ambitious project without the support of visitors and donors would not have been possible.
So I thank you on behalf of the Foundation for the Erich Kästner Museum to thank all the great and small, young and old, which we have donated over the course of development of the museum their time and money!
Five years ago we have Erich Kästner Museum founded Festival, in February to celebrate our birthday and Kästner. The theme of our festival are descendants of the icons, which I painted in 1998 habe, um meine Museumsphilosophie darzustellen. Es gibt insgesamt 15 Piktogramme - alle Fragmente, Mikroteile eines Makrokosmos. Im Jahr 2004 haben wir mit „Monolith“ angefangen, und „Zeitmaschine“ folgte 2005. „Das trojanische Pferd“ war 2006 dran „Bausteine“ im folgenden Jahr. Letztes Jahr war das Thema „Globalität“, und in Anerkennung des wichtigen 10. Geburtstages haben wir für Jahr 2009 „Mobilität“ ausgewählt.
